We ship our designs worldwide, and shipping fees along with estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We’re pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders over £150.

Every MOMENTO nail set is handmade and made to order.

This thoughtful process allows for a refined finish, a better fit, and mindful production with less waste.

Please allow 2–5 business days for our artists to carefully handcraft your set before dispatch.

Once your order is completed in our studio, it will be shipped promptly.

Please allow 7–15 business days for production and delivery in total.

We operate on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

As soon as your MOMENTO package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey home.

Please note that tracking updates may occasionally experience slight delays.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
